Yes! We are now in transition flash in the Kingdom of Siam, Thailand. Flights Delhi - Phnom Penh is overpriced, it was definitely wiser to spend a few days in the Land of Smiles, then take a bus to ridiculous price towards Cambodia thereafter. Why Cambodia? Hmm ... It has long believed, as the option to visit one or two other countries after India is considered from the beginning. Especially for the new opening to tourism, for the complexity of its history (especially contemporary), for its sudden accessibility was not possible there are just five years. This is not a whim, since we bought the Lonely Planet's Cambodia Calcutta several weeks ago. So our plan, which, if all goes well, we will ultimately lead to Viet Nam ... Coincidentally, there are exactly four years to the day I landed in Bangkok, huge city but oh so nice. We suddenly a little less homesick (well, I exaggerate) because everything is here; side of the medal of the "internationalization" to the death of this city, which, however, I'll admit , is perfectly my case at the moment. What a breath of fresh air. I'm still digesting my futomakis, and tonight, we'll go eat a steak! (Aaargh). The city has not really changed since 2004, despite the September 2006 coup that brought the military to power ... We stay on Kao San Road, which is Bangkok that Pahar Ganj in New Delhi: the corner of backpackers looking for cheap lodging. Quite lively!
So there. Tomorrow we will buy our tickets bus to Angkor Wat in Cambodia, the city that houses the remains of the ancient Khmer empire which dominated the region for several centuries, then it will Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Ho Chi Minh City ( formerly Saigon) and its surroundings. But it's time to change, as usual ... Meanwhile, we take it a little relaxation in Bangkok, I think we deserve it.
In other news some time! :)

From there a hop on hop uff bus tour is the cheapest way to get around. We went with Happy Tours and did HCMC-Dalat-Nha Trang-Hoi An-Hue-Hanoi all for US$16! I thought we were going to die on the drive to Dalat, turing corners at night with no headlights but don't let that deter you.
Dalat was our fave place in Vietnam. We visited a monk who paints 100 paintings a day and wants to travel t... Burma, back to Thailand that way.
You could do a full circle Bangkok-Bangkok via in this order Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Tibet, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Burma.
I am jealous of your opportunity.
If you got a multiple entry visa for China you could also Check out South and North Korea, Mongolia, the Stans, and Russia.
