Sangkhlaburi_088At 19.3 Freder went to Bangkok already.I stayed until March 23 Sangkhla Buri before I even went back to Bangkok. From March 25 to April 7,Sarah and I spent our joint holiday on Koh Payam Thailand.

After 4 days Sangkhlaburi together with Freder,I decided to cover up another 4 nights off. Most of the time I spent reading, swimming, visit my regular restaurants and otherwise to make me a nice day .

On March 23,we went back to Bangkok.A long bus ride brought me safely to the Mo Chit bus terminal. In Bangkok errands were done and visited the tourist highlights. The reclining Buddha at Wat Pho is very impressive and certainly attracts the crowds.A boat trip on the river with great views of the skyline and the many hotels and temples on the banks. The large,no huge shopping malls to have a rest from the oppressive heat - here there busy shopping mood in up to 8 storeys.

Sarah came on March 25 at noon at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. We decided after a short breather for a further travel.Sangkhlaburi_101 The night bus,we went in the evening in the 600 km away Ranong. At 8 clock then we stood on the pier to Koh Payam.By speed boat we went on a 40-minute crossing to the island.

On the island we found a beautiful bay with a peaceful bungalow resort right on the sea.At high tide, there were then only about 20 meters white sand beach to the sea.The restaurant did spoil us and served us during our 10 day stay again very good food.On the third day we explored the island by scooter.Within a day we had also left all the streets and ² gives us an overview of the 30 km large / small island.

After 10 days,we went with a small flyer hastily back to Bangkok.Still remained two days for walking tours. The Khao San Road with its many market stalls is of course mandatory ("Hello! Tailor! Dirt cheap suit").After the Wat Arun temple was on the program. After a long break with a cool drink we drove through Chinatown and Little India. On the second day we visited denChatuhchak Weekend Market and a few shopping malls in the city.

The next morning it was called then say goodbye.
