Bangkok tourist areas affected by the floods

Thailand 12 November 2011 - In Bangkok,the situation in the last hour and 'slightly improved,although from Thursday' some areas of Ratchadaphisek Road were flooded.
The most important tourist areas of the Thai capital as Sukhumvit Road,Silom and Siam,are currently completely safe. After the devastating floods in Thailand have caused 533 deaths by drowning,the authorities' announced that half of the 14 billion cubic meters of water threatening Bangkok flowed into the sea.

However,there remain some areas designated as tourist sites that have been affected by the floods, here's a detailed map:

Central Plaza Lad Prao
Closed due to flooding.

Central Plaza Pinklao
Closed until further notice (due to open on November 13)

Central Plaza Ramintra
Closed until further notice

Don Wai Riverside Market
Affected by flooding until last week,waiting for an update.

Dream World
Closed until further notice

Fashion Island Ram Intra
Closed until further notice

Future Park Rangsit Mall
Closed until further notice

Government offices on Chaeng Wattana
Government offices,such as immigration are in a raised area and are open.But Chaeng Wattana is closed to traffic due to flooding.

Koh Kret
Area closed until further notice.

Museum of Siam
Closed until further notice.

National Memorial Museum
Closed until further notice.

Rangsit floating market
Closed until further notice.

Roseto
Open,but not the elephant show.

Royal Air Force Museum
Closed until further notice.

Safari World
Closed until further notice due to flooding.

Samphran Elephant Ground & Zoo
Closed until further notice.

Siam Park City
Despite the flooding is now open!Now the input and 'free.Rides and water park for half price.Go and support them.

The Mall Bang Khae
Closed until further notice.

Thonburi Station
Open as usual with trains heading west to Kanchanaburi.

Hua Lamphong Station
Operating the train service to Chiang Mai and the North East.Still nobody to Ayutthaya.

Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok
Open without flooding in the area.( Read more here )

Don Muang domestic airport
Closed until further notice.( see detailed article )

Cross River Ferry
Most of the ferries along the river are in service,but at high tide you run the risk of getting wet shoes through some piers.

Chao Phraya Express Boat
The boat service along the river in Nonthaburi was suspended at least until November 14,due to lack of fuel supplies.

Mo Chit 2 Bus Terminal
Open,but the access roads can be a problem.

Ekkamai Bus Terminal Station
Restricted.

Southern Bus Terminal
Closed until further notice.

Chinatown
Some flooding in the lower part of Chinatown,but the area,frequented by tourists for more remains dry.

Khao San Road
Open as usual without disruption to the tourists.

Reclining Buddha
Wat Pho is open to tourists.No flooding.

Temple of Dawn
Wat Arun is open to tourists.No flooding.

If you say that the marriage is valid, then the documents must be the birth certificate. In Thailand, and many other countries, documents are routinely forged. If your wife's birth certificate appears forged, then talk to the Embassy about what documents they will accept, and get them.
For a student visa, she needs an I-20 from the school and proof that she can pay the school and all other expenses in the U.S., and a round-trip airline ticket. She also must prove she is returning to Thailand. If she is married to a U.S. citizen, that will be almost impossible.
